Silly pictures

Well, I was ‘leafing’ through some of my old pictures, and I found two priceless ones of Chris in the Vanni, our favourite pub at the time.
I am amazed at how young he looks — we all did in retrospect. Particularly the second image, which is hyperlinked for your pleasure.

But just so Chris doesn't feel left out in his humiliation (though let me know if you want them pulled!)…Noticeable difference, despite the fact that it's only a year or two between photographs. It's even more significant in this later picture from an earlier blog entry. Imagine how we'll look in 20 years time!

Sunsets

This evening I snapped a few wonderful pictures of the sunset outside. Two of the good ones are below; I might put the others up sometime when I'm assembling a planet-sized digital photo album.

Servers

Well, the host died a few days ago, trashing everything. Sorry to Lisa and Lisa, whose email accounts disappeared - they're back to the original settings now.

Pretty much everything is re-uploaded - let me know if anything is missing (other than what normally is).

In other news, PhD is creeping up on me. I have loads to tidy up, a room to redecorate, Dublin pictures to upload or do something with, a car to service, etc. Hellish - well, not really, but still not much fun.

A gift from Anthony

I get home from work and find a wonderful picture that Anthony has cut out from the newspaper for me. Thanks Anthony!



But I did receive a nice picture of Chris and I in the pub. He does look a bit gay though... and we all know what God thinks of that kind of thing...
