FOAF

Well, I'm picking out the corners and edges of the semantic jigsaw. First port of call: FOAF. I think foaf:Person may even be enough for describing an Address Book record; I will have to check the API docs.
Regardless, my FOAF entry. I would put it into my /data/ directory, but I don't know if I would like it integrated with TAP at the moment.
