Gattaca

Well, that was good. I almost rented this film a year or two ago, but it's just come on terrestrial.
Nicely acted, evocative Fifties styling, and an interesting (if slightly cliched) plot. Uma Thurman was good; fitted in well.
I'd watch it again!

Mmm, Gap.

For someone who never used to shop in Gap, I own a surprising number of Gap clothes. My latest purchase is a £44 pair of "Worker" jeans. Sick, but they're actually really nice - triple-stitched seams, great colour, white thread, decent pockets, beautiful fit, and they were in my size.

I hate consumerism. But Amazon do it so well...!
