Small change to SMS processor

I've slightly updated the (recently updated!) P800 SMS processor. It now generates more useful RDF, reusing the document ontology. I've also actually got round to writing the SMS ontology that it relies on; this can be found here.

I shall upload the updated code as soon as I can get round to it.
