My kind of exhibit. I was riveted to the few original swords they exhibit in the Pitt Rivers Museum when I last went.

I have until some time in February 2005. Hmmm.

Back to guitar

I've been neglecting my guitar playing in recent months/years, which is a pity — I'm feeling an increasing need to do something creative (it'd be nice if I could do something creative and good, but that's never going to happen!). A great spell playing Slide by the Goo Goo Dolls and I'm feeling a lot better! Great song, and not too difficult to play. I've even got the timing down pat on the fingerpicking. Awesome — and it just goes to show that practice makes perfect*.

Now to let my un-calloused fingertips recover…

* Read: somewhat better than incapable.
