Afternoon

This afternoon I wandered into Windsor with Anthony, saw Susie, chatted to the folks at work, and indulged in an enormous meal at Swinx: 3 sausages, 2 eggs, two pieces of bread, beans, a fried tomato, chips, and 5 rashers of bacon, all washed down with a cup of tea. They don't call it the “Belly Buster” for nothing!

Chilled at Ant's for a while (talked, and bought hard drives and RAM!), and continued figuring out Tonight for guitar. Not so easy; I'm not only not musically-trained, but I don't have a piano to hand, and I'm slightly tone-deaf. Still, it's progressing. Most of it is half-done, if that makes any sense! If I'm brave enough, I might even record it sometime*

I just noticed, by the way, that Strike This is deliberately cut off in the middle of the word “incomplete”. Not sure whether that's cool or pretentious.

Pub tonight. Hmm. At least my Norwegian Wood saga has come to a temporary end!

*This will never occur — my singing is abysmal (though I enjoy it, and the other day someone actually told me it wasn't! I question her judgement!).
