CL-AJAX 0.1.8

Another release! Hurrah. This one works beautifully in Mozilla, doesn't crash Safari with the included page-substitution convenience Javascript functions (though they don't work, either… I think it's a namespace issue), has a much better example page, and produces more streamlined output. ASDF-install it, or get it from CLiki.
