More Wilbur

Firstly, hello to Kim, who has discovered this blog. What have I let myself in for? Heh!

Secondly, to Lispers: wilbur-ext has been updated. I've added the following:

• pcase, a macro to do switching over the properties of a node in a manner analogous to case
• Functionality for Concise Bounded Descriptions, computing the CBD and “simple CBD” of a node
• A utility function to retrieve the reified-statements of a triple (used for the cbd function).

I hope some of that, particularly the CBD stuff, is of use to someone! As always, let me know if you have any comments.
