Little notes

Saw a hummingbird on my way back from town. Collected my post — 6 Speenos (very cute, and they write wonderfully!), tiny Chinese pocket knives (vastly better than expected, and very sharp), “Black Cherry” Private Reserve ink, and Duke Mini Torpedo*. Hand-written, wax-sealed covering letter in the box. Order from HisNibs.com, they're superb.

I'm now up to the level of “are you kidding?!” regular in the Dana Street Roasting Company, which pleases me.

* Probably the only fountain pen I have to post in order to write comfortably. Even the Speenos are fine! I love ’em all.
