Hague vs Blair

Reading the BBC news site today — trying to find what on earth is going on with the ID card bill and so forth — and I stumble across this.

Mr Hague showed he had lost none of his humour, pointing out, for example, that this was the first question time when all three parties were being represented by stand in leaders.

It took a moment for the penny to drop, but when it did, it went down well all sides.

I don't care what your politics are: that's funny.

Pssstt!

All day I've been turning around, looking for the source of the “psst!” sound I can hear in our offices. Is someone trying to surreptitiously attract my attention? Is there a leaky gas pipe nearby? Are ninja on the prowl?

No. Some woman's who's just started sitting nearby keeps making funny noises. *sigh*
