Evenings

Last night Elaina, Chelsea, Shaun, and I went out for a very extended dinner in the City. Suppenküche in Hayes Valley was the destination (though we stopped first in Frjtz for a beer and some fries). Good God, the food was good! Heavy German fare, with awesome beer. I had hen and mashed potato. Mmm. We didn't get home until past 11.

Thursday saw a bunch of Tellmes at the Red Devil Lounge to see Tainted Love. The event was Michelle's departure — she will be sorely missed! — but we saw her off well with some solid 80s music and a few drinks. A ticketing mixup meant that Elaina was stood up on her cab ride over, and had to go home. Very disappointed. The less said about that, the better.

Today… well, tea, and not much of anything. Taxes done — hooray!
