Phone wars

OK, 9300… you've got some competition. Versus the 9300, the Cingular 8125 offers:
  • A worse keyboard
  • A bigger screen, but only one
  • Much worse one-handed operation, and generally worse phone-i-ness
  • A 1.3MP camera
  • WiFi
  • Over-the-air sync with an Exchange server
  • VPN support
  • 50 more MHz
  • Smaller size
  • Comes with a case!
It would mean taking back the 9300, and switching to Windows Mobile… *sigh*

Opinions welcome.

Scavenger

In the fridge: turkey bacon; two eggs; a salad; a piece of mackerel; 4 bottles of Pacifico Clara. On top of the fridge: half a loaf of bread.

A few minutes pass.

On the table: the contents of a pan, namely some bacon and an egg; two slices of toast, acting as receptacles for the aforementioned pan contents; one piece of mackerel; one open Pacifico Clara.

A few minutes pass.

In the sink: an empty plate. On the couch: Richard, doing University work. 29 hours left on the timer of solitude.

New WordNet in RDF

WordNet in RDF. Nice to see this piece of Lisp used to generate a CBD for a given term — runs on Wilbur.
