More exercise

Wonders never cease. After a nice barbeque up in San Mateo with Chelsea and Shaun, I kicked around a football. Surprisingly well, I might add. Of course, I'm now in some amount of pain from my under-used muscles, but it's worth it.

Banlieue 13

Elaina and I just got back from seeing Banlieue 13 (known in English as “District 13”). Awesome. Parkour and martial arts, featuring the amazing David Belle and Cyril Raffaelli, who did stuntwork in The Transporter, amongst other things. We both loved it, and the soundtrack. Go and see it.
