OK, so what is running my machine?

Right after a lockup where only the mouse can move. I'm a little worried to work on this machine right now.

Kernel panic

I feel like I need to vent.

I just wrote a page of beautiful code. Then, a confluence of events:

• Quicksilver updated
• I skipped to a track in iTunes, causing…
• A Japanese-language Growl popup

and bam, work lost, and no Vim .swp file to show for it.

Oh, Apple. Why do your machines fall over?
