Kumquat brandy
Finally, after about three years, this is getting crossed off my to-do list. Today, the day of Elaina's housewarming, I laid down a large jar of kumquat brandy to mature. It should be done in 2011, which, I admit, is quite a while to wait for a drink, but apparently it's worth the wait.
