Another weekend bites the dust

Yesterday was prep for Elaina's housewarming. That went well; a good crowd, relaxed drinking (well, apart from Irish car bombs at Shaun's insistence… they failed to join forces with the Hendrick's, sparing me an ugly collapse), and lots of cake.

Today was sleeping after said housewarming, and performance tuning of my app. We even found time to nip to Bruce and Karen's for a quick barbeque. I'll miss those blighters — always good burgers.

The weekends are never long enough.
