I think he hits the nail on the head with this one:

Hell, most committees of 34 people in one company couldn't make a sandwich.

I wish more people involved with mobile phone interfaces (*cough*) would read this, too:

You have NO CLUE why the iPhone is successful and highly sought after, do you? You think it's all some sort of weird fluke. A market anomaly. That these millions of iPhone owners are going to wake up one morning and say OH SHIT this doesn't have MMS, what was I thinking!

I really should upgrade to Leopard

Now in Leopard, Preview includes the ability to delete and rearrange PDF pages, and it's just as speedy as ever. Goodbye Acrobat!

That just got rid of a couple of apps in my toolbox. Neat!
