A nice cup of tea

After a massive lunch at a coffee shop/bookshop in Los Altos, Jen and I went to Draeger's to get some groceries. This is the best grocery store on earth. I was hyperventilating with joy when I found what appeared to be the ex-pats aisle, and I ended up with this load of stuff!

Yes, that's right: pickled onions, cockles, parsnips, Heinz baked beans and spaghetti, Earl Grey and English Breakfast tea, and mackerel. They also had “English Bangers” — proper sausages! — so I've got a dinner of sausages and fried onions coming up.

Mmmm. Now, if you don't mind, I've got a cuppa to drink.
