The three people you meet in heaven

I am very fortunate to have met three people while in California with whom I can talk about everything — and nothing — without risk of judgement, and in the expectation of an honest and unafraid response. It's an utter joy to be vulnerable in a conversation.

I managed to spend more than 2 hours* in the sun yesterday in valuable conversation, eating and drinking. How lucky am I?

* I think it all adds up when I do 11-hour days, but occasionally extend my lunches!
