El Crimen Perfecto

Well, that was a pleasant evening! At about 5:30 I hitched a ride with Elaina for shopping, then a bite to eat en route to the cinema. We joined a crowd to see El Crimen Perfecto, a “comedy of conspicuous consumption”.

This film is hilarious, from opening monologue through to cringe-worthy twists; the lead is reminiscent of Bill Murray in some respects, but the scripting and little details (the cleaver scene, for example) are amazing. If I see it around, I'll buy it on DVD.

Now I'm home, and I'm receiving pure feline attention. Head rubs galore!

Thank you to S for pointing out some non-validating posts from the past — at some point the entire site will validate, I promise!

Hmm, I'm indulging in late-night Ladytron purchases at the iTunes Music Store… dangerous. I ought to be sleeping!
