Updated tag ontology

The tag ontology got a minor update today after discussion with Thomas Franz, Simon Schenk, Marja Koivunen, Seth Russell, and Danny. In summary, I introduced an inverse for taggedWithTag, isTagOf, and a RestrictedTagging class, which asserts that a Tagging interrelates precisely one resource and one tag.

I'm also going to clarify the examples in the doc, and remove the decorative N3.
