Open-source twinql comes to life

Late last year a fellow named Bastian Müller contacted me, asking if he could release his fork of twinql as open-source.

I finally got around to updating the project page today: I have marked twinql 0.3.1 as GPLv2 (other licenses considered on request), and added a link to Bastian's GitHub page. I don't know the name for his fork yet, but I'll make a note when I find out.

It sounds like Bastian's work remedies a number of deficiencies in twinql's crumbling old code (my contributions have been going solely into AllegroGraph for the past few years), so I'm glad to see someone taking the reins for the open-source version.

Thanks, Bastian!
