Mailbox The content for an element, formatted for output (e.g. using TeX escapes). Content Content A particular synonym. Keyword Element Annotation Corresponds to the BibTeX entry 'annote'. The numerical year for the document, in string format. Year How the document was published, if it is unusual. Note A note field, as in BibTeX. The book or journal in which an item was published. Published In Name The name for the institution. Used for alpabetising, cross-referencing, etc. when there is no Author information. Citation Key Issue Number The issue number of a journal. The title of the document. Title Local URL A local version of the document. Typically this is a filename and path for an electronic copy. The month of release (for published) or authoring (for unpublished) of the document. Should be in standard 3-letter form (e.g. 'Jan') Month ISBN Forthcoming Whether the item has yet been published.
